New ferry route : Sete - Melilla ?

There are proposals to open a ferry route (dubbed the autoroute del mar) between Sete and Mellila (* Morocco) via Carthagene (Spain).

Significantly shorter than Sete - Tangier, this route would be in keeping with the EU programme Marco Polo II CO2 reduction initiative.
