Flats/Apartments etc to rent in Montpellier

Does anyone know of a good agent to use for a long term rent of a flat/apartment/house in Montpellier?

Talking more central if possible and for 1 year

This will sound a bit silly, but in 6 years time, we have decided once our son has got through Secondary School, we will move to Montpellier for the year, with the view to seeing if we like it enough or if we just want to do 1 year and then go home.

So, at the moment I'm looking as a rough guide just to see what the prices are like.

I want to know if it is an affordable thing or if I will have to do other things etc etc etc to be able to afford it or ..... blah blah blah.

I want to make sure that I have the rent paid for before we go, and sufficient work to do when I get there (Self employed small website builder). I do little websites for holiday rentals, little businesses that are not after HUGE bills for a website, but just want a nice professional working affordable site.

I'm rambling again aren't I???
