Tempest

Is everyone all right after the storm? I see huge volumes of rain and lots of flooding, though we seem to be unscathed. The pool rose to its brim and is now quietly emptying itself through the skimmers and then out via the inspection hatches to trickle down through the garden; should save on the watering for a bit.

I saw there was a vigilance rouge ! I suspect that after the storms last year and the year before which caused a lot of damage, and some deaths, that everyone was being very careful this time.

Oh, and a grenade was found in Clermont on Saturday ! Everything cordoned off and all that. It turned out to be made of paster !

I drove down to Narbonne yesterday morning. From home to Montpellier I drove through a deluge that had left a lot of standing water.

It then cleared and the sun was shining when I got home !

How unlucky, we had a warm sunny day over here. It's obviously out to get you, Peter.
