Curry test ...

Postby peter » Mon Apr 07, 2014 9:04 am

The final result was very good.

The curry took around 2 hours to prepare.

The instructions were reasonably easy to follow.

Worth a try ....

I have to say this reads a bit like cooking by numbers. Whatever happened to the days of Madhur Jaffrey and a pestle+mortar or coffee grinder :)

Thanks for the review Peter hopefully it hit the spot!

Pre ground, measured spices individually packed and step by step guide when to add should produce a quality Indian curry dishes which are fresh, with no additives or artificial colours without causing too much stress.... and you don't end up with a cupboard full of out of date spices

Thank you

Unfortunately it was too spicy for my French wife, so I'm in the doghouse ...
