Feels like this place (near Montagnac) has been build/renovated for ages. The only evidence from the road is the "permis" white board. No wonder it's claiming to be a self contained "village" - only 10 mins from Montagnac but feels quite remote.
Looking at the website it's still 2 years before the dwellings are complete. 7% seems a high return figure for leaseback scheme income and is based on renting out the properties for 30 weeks of the year. Reads a bit vague as to what happens after 25 years given what's at stake. _________________ Graham
