First floor apt of 60m2 with South facing balcony (shaded in summer by trees, sunny in winter).

Balcony, Lounge with fully equiped "cuisine americaine", dining area, shower/toilet room, large bedroom 1, bedroom2/storage/office with no window.









Sommieres is a market town located 30 mins drive from Montpellier, Nimes, the Cevennes and the beaches. It has exceptional facilities including shops, schools, restaraurants, supermarkets, hotels, gendarmes, pompiers, market, etc.
