Hi,

Can you give an idea on the following please;

What is the surface area of the interior in sq.mtrs.

Same for the terrace. Is the terrace south facing?

How much is the tax fonciere and tax d'habitation?

Are there any rules concerning year round occupancy, should one wish to stay all the year round?

Finally, can you give an idea of the annual cost of service charges if any.
